About the position
Reporting to the Manager, Development and Applications Support, this position will be responsible for leading a team and covering hands-on delivery of software solutions with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations. Working closely with system stakeholders and the campus community, this role will ensure that optimal value is derived from our Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other core applications.
About the person:
The successful candidate will have a degree in IT and/or relevant experience in a similar position. Significant skills in service support whilst leading a team along with demonstrated experience in management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a core enterprise tool in driving revenue and efficiency is required. Highly motivated, the candidate will have the ability to work with Senior Management and stakeholders to understand business drivers with the ability to drive strategic and tactical planning to anticipate business requirements.

The salary for this position will commence from $89,502.23 plus 9.5% superannuation per annum, based on experience and skills.
