Coordinator, English Language Programs
About the position
The Coordinator – English Language Programs provides leadership to the Bond University College (BUC) English staff and coordinates the delivery of programs including, English for Academic Purposes, Business English, Study Tours as well as Short-term programs.
The position is expected to make a significant contribution to the teaching effort of BUC including ensuring the quality of the teaching delivery and program content, as well as providing mentorship and support to the teaching staff.
About the person:
The successful applicant will be degree qualified and will possess suitable postgraduate TESOL qualifications. They will have at least three years’ experience in an educational management position within an ELICOS centre in Australia, along with demonstrated expertise in ELICOS curriculum development, review and implementation.
The ability to lead people and coach staff is essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.

Remuneration for the appointment will be negotiable commensurate with skills and experience, Superannuation will be 9.5% per annum.
