Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Lecturer to join the Mathematics team within the Institute of Education. Based at our Bognor Regis Campus you will join a growing number of Mathematicians supporting Education and STEM provision.

You will contribute to the teaching of undergraduate Mathematics programmes and assist in the development of Mathematics/STEM programmes at all levels. You will be involved in quality assurance processes regarding the teaching, learning and assessment on taught modules and will have the ability to contribute to CPD and consultancy activities as required. In addition you will have the opportunity to undertake your own research to develop a personal research profile and support in the development of Mathematics research and development projects.

You will have a good relevant undergraduate degree with further professional or academic qualifications at Masters level and be able to demonstrate exceptional teaching methods and presentation skills. You will have excellent academic support and guidance skills and the ability to motivate, enthuse and develop students.
