Applications are invited for the post of College Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour in the Management Subject Area of UCD College of Business. One temporary 5 year appointment or one permanent appointment may be offered.

The Management Subject Area at UCD is the largest of the subject areas in the College of Business. The principal areas of academic specialty lie in the core business areas of entrepreneurship and innovation, international business, organisational behaviour, strategy, supply chain management, and technology management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of research and teaching in Organisational Behaviour and will contribute to research, teaching and learning, strategic development & the school and administration. 

95 Lecturer/Assistant Professor (above the bar) Salary Scale:  €52,325 - €82,267 per annum 
Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines
