- Based in Information Strategy and Technology Services at Mawson Lakes Campus
- Full-time, one (1) year fixed term contract
- Salary range: $66,774 - $79,459 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
The Information Technologist: Campus IT Support provides end user computing, audio visual and telecommunications support. This position is part of a virtual team focused on suburban and regional campus IT support which includes providing remote support to staff and students on any campus when local needs have been met. The work encompasses daily routine tasks and resolving a range of IT requests which either rely, or impact on the end user computing environment
Skills and Experience
For success in this position you will have knowledge and experience within a similar position with demonstrated experience in supporting a range of information technologies including networked desktop applications, shared folders, networked printers, email and web based applications and audio visual equipment.
Prior experience supporting a complex computer and telephone system along with an understanding of security issues in a complex environment is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people at a range of levels along with prior experience working within a team environment and autonomously will be crucial in this role.
