Administrative Coordinator, Provost Strategic Initiatives Office
Carry out administrative functions of the BU Arts Initiative. Coordinate the schedule and travel of the Director. Greet and welcome visitors. Manage the ofce and ofce supplies. Coordinate student use of the ofce space. Provide administrative support for events and meetings, including but not limited to facility and catering needs. Provide research support for development activities. Occasional evening and weekends required.
Bachelor's degree required, three to five years of related work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, problem solve, and meet deadlines. Must have the ability to work with confidential material and work independently.
