King’s Business School attracts students from over 80 countries into our undergraduate and specialist MSc programmes.

In order to achieve our ambitions we are now looking to recruit a Professor with a specialism in international business and comparative management. The successful candidate will initiate, lead and launch research projects and be passionate about bridging the gap between the academic community and business world. Applications are sought from distinguished scholars who have an outstanding international profile in the field of international business and/or comparative management with strong interests in being a part of the Strategy, International Management & Entrepreneurship Group. A flagship course for the Business School, the Group hosts the highly successful MSc in International Management (MiiM) which attracts large numbers of applicants.

The post-holder will be expected to contribute to the Group in the areas of research, impact, teaching and administration. The School places a premium on international levels of scholarship and research excellence as we continue to develop key international partnerships to support our significant growth agenda. You will hold a PhD in a relevant field and have a high-quality track record of publications in leading referred journals. A history of successful grant applications as well as ability to translate research into impactful insights for practice or policy would be beneficial.

The deadline for applications is midnight on the 20th April 2018. The selection process will include a presentation and panel interview. Interviews are scheduled to be held on 31st May 2018.
