About the Job

As the Manager: Talent Remuneration and Reward, you will develop a strategy and framework for implementation across all aspects of Remuneration and Reward for the University. Using deep knowledge about the role remuneration and reward play in attracting, retaining and motivating optimal performance in key talent with rich insight about UniSA’s strategic intent, our operating environment and external sectoral trends, you will develop and lead a remuneration strategy and implementation plan that ensures we reward the right outcomes and the right behaviours.

Skills and Experience

The successful incumbent will be able to demonstrate experience leading a high performing Remuneration and Reward team or a human resource team in a large, complex organisation. They will also provide expertise across the breadth of the Remuneration and Reward function and evidence of applying this to achieve successful business outcomes.

Those suitable for the role will have a track record of delivering strategic initiatives that enhance business performance. They will also have proven experience in managing and influencing client relationships at a senior/strategic level and delivering excellent customer service whilst aligning outcomes with the strategic intent of the organisation.
