Applications are invited for faculty positions for the Academic Year 2018- 2019 in the following academic departments at the University of Hafr Al Batin, Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications: Applicants for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor positions in the fields detailed below should hold a Doctorate and relevant teaching experience at the university level. Applicants must be fluent in English as it is the medium of instruction in the University.
ENGLISH DEPARTMENT – Male and Female
English Language (Ref: UOHB/ELU)
Applications are invited for English Language Lecturer positions. Applicants should be well qualified, committed and adaptable. Successful candidates will be offered positions at Lecturer level in the Preparatory Year English Language Program. Lecturers teach a structural intensive program to which they are encouraged to contribute ideas and materials. Applicants must be native speakers of English with a first degree from an Anglophone university and hold an earned M.A in any subject. As well as the degree stated, qualification requirements are: preferably one year overseas ESL/EFL teaching experience, plus one of the following: RSA Certificate/Diploma in TEFL; or a recognized 120 hour certificate course which contains a teaching component.
Contracts: Two-year renewable contract. Competitive salaries based on qualifications and experience. Free furnished air-conditioned housing unit with free essential utilities and maintenance.
