About the Job
As the Team Leader: CRM System Support you will lead and supervise a team of business analysts, application administrators and information technologists to meet the requirements of enterprise stakeholders of the Customer Relationship Management system environment.
Your role will be key in maintaining effective relationships between the business and IT and providing guidance to key stakeholders on the delivery of CRM solutions. You will also be responsible for the delivery of training and communication activities to support the delivery of CRM solutions to the wider university community.
As the Team Leader: Student Information Systems you will provide technical leadership to the Student Information Systems team who develop and support the University’s Student Information Systems, providing solutions, ensuring business objectives are met and identifying and implementing improvements in the performance of specific information technology functions.
You will be involved in the complete system development lifecycle from project planning to deployment and maintenance. You will also ensure adherence to the functions and processes of the ITIL service management model, including the application of ISTS project management methodology and quality procedures.
Skills and Experience
To be eligible for both roles you will have a relevant degree in the field or demonstrated equivalent knowledge and skills specifically as mentioned below:
Team Leader: CRM System Support: You will have extensive experience in leading substantial implementations or upgrades of complex ICT solutions, with an emphasis on enterprise-wide CRM solutions and/or Enterprise Resource Planning systems. To be successful, you will have demonstrated experience leading a team of business analysts, application administrators and/or developers, including mentoring junior staff, and an understanding of Performance Development and Management principles.
Team Leader: Student Information Systems: You will have substantial demonstrated experience in the architecture, design, development and support of large information systems in a complex environment comparable with the University along with experience in use and support of software quality standards and release procedures using a service management framework (such as ITIL). To be successful, you would have lead and mentored a team of systems analysts and developers in the past.
