The Project Manager coordinates and manages various support functions of the University Police Department. This includes the maintenance and operations of the Police Departments vehicle fleet, the maintenance and required upgrades of the University Police Departments radio and telephone communications. The coordination and management of the University's cameras, secure access and alarm systems; this includes the proper billing and recording of work completed by the University's alarm system vendor. Other duties included but not limited to managing the inventory of the Police Department's minor equipment and uniform disbursement
Although not required, an Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred. If you do not possess a degree, you will be strongly encouraged to take advantage of the very generous tuition remission benefit offered by Boston University. Three to five years work experience preferred.
