International Admissions Support Officer, Social Media
- Based in the UniSA International Directorate located at 101 Currie Street, Adelaide
- Full-time, two (2) year fixed term contract
- Salary range: $61,431 - $69,442 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
The International Admissions Support Officer: Social Media role is responsible for converting prospective student leads into applications through responding to enquiries, offering information and initiating discussions portraying the positive student experience at UniSA. Primarily this role will have a focus on Chinese enquiries and engagement through the Universities official social media platforms.
Skills and Experience
It is a prerequisite for the role that you be fluent in Mandarin, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce written content in Chinese, as well as a detailed understanding of Chinese social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar environment or a related field such as a sales / customer service focused role or alternatively hold an appropriate qualification at certificate or diploma level.
You will have strong interpersonal, dispute resolution and problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
