Located at the School of Nursing and Midwifery’s City East campus, opportunities for casual tutoring and clinical facilitation are currently available to teach in to the Bachelor of Midwifery Program.
The role of clinical facilitator will be responsible for the facilitation of student learning in a clinical midwifery setting. The role will be expected to work autonomously to assist in the education, support and assessment of students undertaking clinical placement activities. The role of tutor will be responsible for the autonomous delivery of tutorials / workshops / sessions across a number of courses within the Bachelor of Midwifery Program.
Skills and Experience
To be successful you must hold current registration as a Midwife, without notations or conditions, with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and have significant clinical experience. Previous experience of delivering structured learning activities will be highly regarded.
