- Salary range: $96,813 – $114,967 (Level B); $118,597 - $136,753 (Level C) per annum plus superannuation
About the Role
The Teaching Innovation Unit (TIU) provides a range of services to academic staff across the University, facilitating the promotion and implementation of institutional teaching and learning priorities, as well as supporting our postgraduate research agenda.
We are looking for innovative, communicative, and collegial individuals to provide leadership with a range of stakeholders to achieve our strategic learning and teaching outcomes. You will promote the knowledge and skills necessary for effective curriculum design, blended and digital learning, and the assessment and evaluation of teaching and learning practice. You will also undertake scholarly research in teaching and learning in higher education.
Skills and Experience
You will have demonstrated expertise, research interest and professional experience in one or more of the following areas: digital learning, technology-enhanced learning, assessment, learning analytics, curriculum design and development, evaluation methods or quality assurance approaches for higher education. You will also have demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with a commitment to working strategically and collaboratively with a wide variety of staff across the University structures.
