About the position
The Faculty of Society & Design is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and a diverse Faculty; encompassing 25 academic disciplines.
Reporting directly to the Faculty External Engagement & Marketing Manager, the incumbent will provide operational support to enhance the Faculty’s marketing and recruitment initiatives, with the aim of creating preference for and recognition of Faculty programs, prepare content for engagement of target audiences via social networking/media, as well as undertaking market research as required.
About the person:
The successful candidate will have relevant work experience in a marketing or communication related field, preferably within tertiary education. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are mandatory, together with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Intermediate experience across the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential.

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $58,818.28 plus 9.5% superannuation per annum.
