Role Responsibilities:

Under broad direction, the Senior College and Project Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating a range of complex administrative and organisational projects, tasks and functions, for and on behalf of the College leadership team.

A key focus of the position is to ensure that a range of incoming matters and general enquiries across functional areas are progressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner, either directly or by referral to the appropriate officer. This will include executive support to the College Vice-President and Executive Dean as required.

As the position operates within a pooled support team that collectively supports the University’s College leadership group, the incumbent can expect to provide general support to the broader University leadership team during absences of other team members.

Information For Applicants:

You are required to provide a submission of no more than three pages, stating how your current and/or recent experience meet the requirements of the position description.
