As part of the University’s continuing transformation, we are seeking to appoint an exceptional Director: Student and Academic Services to drive innovation in service delivery aligned to a University of Enterprise. The Director will be responsible for the effective leadership and delivery of a broad range of student and academic services, bring together core student and compliance services in a diverse student demographic and multi campus environment, to deliver an integrated service which enables the University’s core mission and strategy.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a resilient, innovative and entrepreneurial individual to lead student and academic services as the university embarks on a new strategic plan. The successful candidate will have sustained senior leadership experience in higher education, and a track record of academic and student facing service delivery. They will be able to effectively apply their knowledge and strategic insights of higher education policy, and its evolving regulatory frameworks, to bring innovative thoughts around modern day students.
