The Education Portfolio is headed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education and Vice President who leads the planning and implementation of the University's strategies related to RMIT's academic programs and the RMIT student experience. The Portfolio is responsible for services to support the quality of RMIT programs, including the professional development of academic staff, continuous improvement of the student experience, learning and teaching outcomes and the management of learning and research information sources.

The Role & Your Responsibilities

The Website/Product Administrator is responsible for supporting for RMIT's micro-credentialing initiative through ongoing management of the RMIT Creds website, managing key product data and supporting the launch of new product to market. The role works with the 21CC production team to keep content current, student focussed and consistent with RMIT's branding guidelines and policies.

The Website/Product Administrator will also support the Project Manager - Product Portfolio to manage the delivery phase of the credential lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required

You will maintain the RMIT Creds online product catalogue to ensure it is accurate and complete using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and also publish new products on the RMIT Creds website. You will be responsible for tracking and presenting website statistics on usage data using Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics as well as recommend website improvements in line with RMIT brand guidelines and specifications. Important to your success in this role will be your familiarity with web publishing technologies, including Adobe Cloud, HTML, CSS as well as understand the development of online learning products and the role technology plays in the student experience.

Qualifications in web development and design would be an advantage.
