You will be responsible for continuing to develop the growing Student Funding team, taking ownership of development and enhancement of systems and processes and line manage the Student Funding Co-ordinators. You will lead on support for both full time and part time learners and their finance. You will be a source of expertise for other stakeholders around the business regarding Student Funding and the regulatory impact of operations.
You will be a supportive and engaging leader with a real passion for the development of both people and process. You will have high energy, determination and drive with a proactive approach to your work. You will demonstrate attention to detail and be flexible in your approach to working with people, always seeking supportive resolutions. An excellent knowledge of the SLC systems and regulations is a requirement for this role.
