Research Excellence Framework (REF) Support Administrator

Salary: Grade 5, £21,585 - £25,728 per annum.

This post is full time, within funding available until 31 March 2021.

You will provide administrative support to the Dean for Research and academic research leaders across the College of Social Sciences in support of the College’s preparations for submission to the Research Excellence Framework 2021, which will include Committee support and supporting action plans arising from the University’s internal review process.

To maintain and ensure the integrity of all relevant data on University systems and to prepare regular data reports for academic research leaders. 

In addition, you will provide communication and co-ordination for the academic research leaders in the College as well as serving as a principal liaison with other stakeholders across the University, including the Research and Innovation Office, Human Resources and the Library. This will involve contributing to the development and implementation of administrative requirements, addressing issues to seek resolution in order to provide effective REF administrative support.
