The core focus of Griffith International is to enhance the standing of the University's international profile and to assist the University to achieve its internationalisation goals, ranging from international student recruitment to ensure the University has a diverse student cohort, offering quality English language pathways, delivery of international projects, the development of global partnerships, facilitation of student international mobility opportunities, and provision of international student support. The International Office comprises of a number of units, including the Marketing Communications Team which is accountable for the development and delivery of marketing assets to support the work of all units within Griffith International.
This is a full time, continuing position based at the Gold Coast campus or Nathan Campus.
This position is responsible for providing marketing and communications solutions to assist with the recruitment and on-going engagement of international students. As a member of the marketing communications team the person will prepare written content and design a range of marketing collateral including print and digital publications, flyers, posters, banners, email marketing campaigns and websites. All collateral needs to take into consideration the university's style guide and the diverse needs of an international audience. This role is hands-on and requires the successful candidate to be comfortable working on campaigns across multiple platforms, technologies and software packages. In addition, this position may require regular travel between campuses and occasional attendance at events outside standard business hours.
To be successful in this position you will thrive on working in a collaborative environment and be a strong team player. Combined with a relevant degree in marketing, communications or graphic design, you will have experience in preparing content, designing marketing materials and developing campaigns for print and digital mediums. You will also be a strong communicator with creative flair and have experience in delivering marketing campaigns and projects on time and to brief. To excel in this role you need to be a creative thinker, highly organised and demonstrate great attention to detail.
HEW 5: $63,257 - $71,350 per anuum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $74,011 - $83,480 per annum.
