About the Job
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level and confidential executive support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is responsible for delivering on key performance targets through strategic leadership and management of the staff and financial resources University-wide and this position is an integral member of the Office of the CFO and the Finance Unit broadly.
Skills and Experience
You will have significant experience in providing executive level support (including complex diary management) to a senior manager with the requirement to proactively respond to challenges, determine competing priorities, exercise independent judgement, work with documents of a sensitive nature, and maintain confidentiality of the highest standard. Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant field and/or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience are also essential.
