Timetabling Officer- 0.8 FTE

Are you IT literate with a methodical mind, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and great communication skills?  

If so, we are looking for someone with a logical approach to problem solving and excellent attention to detail.

This key role will be responsible for planning and delivering the academic timetable for Chester, Liverpool and online students and also scheduling the academic team workload. You will ensure an efficient use of all resources across all modes and sites of delivery as well as ensuring that effective and joined-up planning is undertaken and implemented to ensure that timetabling informs and supports other operations activities such as assessments.

The successful candidate will be of graduate level or equivalent with experience of timetabling courses in a complex environment. They will have excellent and effective oral and written communication and negotiation skills and experience of consulting with academic staff.  Demonstrable analytical skills, attention to detail and prioritisation skills are essential as is a systematic approach to problem solving.
