We have an exciting opportunity for a Business & Events Coordinator for a candidate with a business or marketing background to join our expanding and dynamic business team.

The Arthropod Control Product Test Centre, arctec, is a division of Chariot Innovations Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. arctec is a world-leading independent centre for consultancy and the evaluation and development of arthropod control technologies. In state-of the-art laboratories in London and specialised field sites around the world, we run clinical trials on products including head lice treatments, insect repellents and after bite treatments, as well as WHO testing on insecticides.

Our friendly and dynamic business team work with an extensive portfolio of clients, which has led us to be one of the market leaders in the evaluation of arthropod pest control products for industry. We pride ourselves on our unique in-house expertise and high quality scientific standards. 

The Business & Events Coordinator will be a key member of the arctec team and will assist the Business Development Manager to plan and organise marketing activities and impactful public engagement campaigns. We are seeking to recruit a committed, versatile and motivated professional who will contribute to the business and marketing operations. Candidates should also have experience of working within a budget and to strict deadlines as well as liaising with sponsors for raising additional funds.

Salary is of £29,000 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting. Location: London and Surrounding Areas.
