- Full-time, continuing position
- Salary range: $85,467 - $96,150 per annum (plus super)
About the Job
Information Strategy and Technology Services (ISTS), which has the primary strategic and operational responsibility for the provision of the UniSA’s considerable IT infrastructure and services has approximately 150 staff in 9 key areas.
As the Senior IT Administrator, you will design, implement and support the Corporate Information Systems and provide technical advice to technical team members, managers and key business representatives.
In this role, you will perform complex system administration functions, including upgrades, performance tuning, application of security policy, service monitoring and problem investigation and resolution. You will also design, analyse and support the University’s Corporate Information Systems and their underlying information architecture in your capacity as the Senior IT Administrator.
Skills and Experience
To be eligible for this role you will have relevant tertiary qualification and an extensive relevant professional information technology experience in a complex information environment comparable with that of the University.
You will also have significant experience in ICT project management including the application of software development lifecycle methodologies to deliver software solutions. You will have an added advantage if you bring in experience coaching and mentoring junior staff.
