The College of Business comprises 6 Schools delivering a broad range of programs in Business, at Traineeship, Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor, Masters and PhD levels. Many programs articulate between TAFE and Higher Education, creating pathways for further study. RMIT Business programs are delivered in Melbourne, Vietnam, Singapore, Shanghai and Jakarta, as well as through Open Universities Australia (OUA) and RMIT Online.
The Role and Your Responsibilities
The RMIT Online Liaison Manager will partner with RMIT Online to ensure College academics are properly informed, trained and engaged to contribute to the development of RMIT Online delivered accredited courses and other subject matter expertise. You will be the key liaison point with RMIT Online and the College on academic needs, online course or program proposals. You will also play the key project lead role within the College in delivery of academic content and accreditation work for RMIT Online courses as required.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate qualification in an area relevant to the position and a strong record of effective organisational management. A postgraduate qualification in an area relevant to the position would also be highly regarded.
You will have strong experience in online pedagogy and the delivery of quality online educational products to deliver excellent student outcomes and a sound understanding of quality measures, data driven decision making and the continuous improvement of products and services in an educational environment. Your superior interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills will essential to your success in this role.
