About the role

In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality and effective research education and development programs for HDR scholars and academic staff. Plan, organise and deliver strategic University-wide programs which support the education and development of research students and staff. Develop curriculum, teach and undertake relevant research or other scholarly work. Develop, coordinate and deliver a range of initiatives that foster a strong intellectual climate.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have a Ph.D. in a field relevant to the provision of research learning support or have or have the equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will have experience in designing, implementing, managing and evaluating a variety of research education and training delivery modes and have the ability to coordinate and lead university-wide interdisciplinary educational programs.  Your strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, self-management and student engagement ability will be highly valued.
