Placements & Work Experience Officer, Full time  

Department: Alumni, Development & Careers
Salary: £26,407 to £30,026pa (Grade 5) inclusive of London Weighting Allowance.  
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to join our Alumni, Development & Careers department taking on the newly created role of Placements & Work Experience Officer.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for developing relationships with business, the professions, and providing work opportunities to our students across all departments. As Placements and Work Experience Officer you will actively liaise with both our students and internship providers, particularly Small & Medium sized business (SMEs) engaged with the Roehampton Internships Scheme supported by Santander.
You should have demonstrable skills in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders alongside first class customer service skills. You should also have up to date knowledge of the Higher Education environment and wider themes within the labour market. You should have previous experience working with HE students preferably within a careers service.
