Position overview

 

A new, exciting and unique opportunity exists to join the Australian National University, working within the Recruitment and Remuneration Branch of the Human Resources Division. Reporting to the Associate Director, Recruitment and Remuneration, this position will provide operational oversight of the Recruitment, and Remuneration and Conditions teams, which includes high level strategic recruitment, pay and conditions, employment issues, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both payroll and recruitment services, demonstrated experience working with senior executive, a strong understanding of HRMS and HR related legislation, and an ability to effectively manage demanding and competing deadlines.

The ANU is centrally located, and offers excellent pay and conditions.
