The University has transformed the delivery of student administration and support with teams working from our Service Centres and dedicated spaces across our UK campuses. An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in one of these Student Services teams.

Applications are invited for two roles of Student Services Senior Administrator.  These Student Services Senior Administrator roles are located within the Student Services (Development) base location and will ensure the delivery of a number of services associated with the student journey and administered by the Exams and Timetabling team.   Primarily with a timetabling focus, role holders will also provide support to exams and curriculum areas of operation.  Working in a busy, dynamic environment, the successful candidates will be highly enthusiastic and self-motivated.  They will have an excellent eye for detail and will be experienced in delivering a high quality service in all aspects of the role.  Successful candidates will have the ability to manage their own workloads with minimum supervision while maintaining the ability to react appropriately to changing priorities and be able to develop a network of contacts to support the priorities of Student Services.

Fixed-term until 30 April 2020, the hours of work for these posts are 36.25 per week, normally 8.45 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday inclusive (with a one hour lunch break). Applications for job share will also be accepted.

Given the nature of the roles, there are times when annual leave may be restricted and/or with prior notice, additional working may be required.

The University of Nottingham is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sections of the community.
