Developed by UOW’s Learning, Teaching and Curriculum unit in consultation with local Elders and Knowledge holders, Jindaola is a grants and professional development program that is modelled on traditional Aboriginal systems for conducting business and maintaining knowledge integrity. Jindaola  presents a methodological approach to embedding Indigenous knowledge and perspectives into the UOW curriculum.

We are currently seeking an experienced Research Assistant to provide high quality research and administrative support to Jindaola. This role is vital in providing the necessary supports to achieve education and research goals in line with the University’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education, Research and Engagement Strategy. This role will contribute to the efficient and effective running of Jindaola, and related research activity for dissemination of the program and its outcomes.
