This exciting position joins the School of Business and Governance as we continue to build on our collaborative partnerships and transformation into a renowned business and industry facing Business School. We seek to further integrate industry expertise and entrepreneurial thinking for delivery of innovative curriculum and learning experiences for our students across Perth and globally.

The Role

The School now seeks a Lecturer and Senior Lecturer to support the development, coordination and delivery of new units and courses being offered by the Management discipline. With a focus on Project Management, Entrepreneurship and or Innovation, the Senior Lecturer is expected to participate in professional activities relevant to the profession or discipline, and make a contribution to the teaching effort of the School. The preferred candidate will develop and practice contemporary learning methods and course materials and will play a key role in School planning.

Academic staff at this level will also be involved in a range of administrative and service functions in the School and across the University.

Skills and Experience

Key essential criteria include:

  • A PhD in Project Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation or a field relevant to appointment;
  • Experience in in supervising honours, postgraduate and HDR students;
  • Experience in teaching in the discipline or profession.
  • The Senior Lecturer will have the ability to play a leadership role in teaching a learning activities and exercise initiative when required;
