Reporting to the Director of the Biomedical Laboratory & Clinical Sciences Program, this role will be heavily involved in two main areas. The first area of focus will be the recruitment of potential students to the program, while also providing support for current students in matters related to their degree studies and preparation for graduation. The second area of focus will be the support for current students, which will involve communication related to registration deadlines, course offerings, and career development events for all degree students.
The Program Administrator will also participate in and support the Graduate Medical Sciences program with diversity and inclusion efforts, such as workshop events and post-baccalaureate programs.
Contact and impact of work includes key constituents both internal and external to the University including faculty, current students and prospective students.
1-3 years of experience and Bachelor’s degree required.
