At this time of considerable change in higher education in Australia and also globally, we are seeking to appoint a new Director, Human Resources who will drive the renewal and refocusing of the University’s Human Resources function. Our strategy for attracting the highest calibre, developing and ensuring optimal performance of our people is at the core of our future planning and the Director, Human Resources will play a critical part in achieving our ambitions and goals.
The Director, Human Resources is a senior leadership position, which will have responsibility for coordinating the delivery of a new University wide People Strategy. We are seeking an inspiring leader of high integrity with broad generalist human resources and organisational change experience gained primarily within a university environment. You will also bring considerable strategic people experience along with the ability to drive a culture of high performance, collaboration and trust.
This appointment will be for an initial period of 5 years.
