The Department of the Natural and Built Environment is one of the UK's leading providers of post and undergraduate education in the fields of Real Estate, Construction and Surveying. Our courses in this area are very well regarded by students and employers alike. 

We are looking for an inspirational lecturer with a commitment to enhance the student experience to join our successful Real Estate team. You will be expected to undertake teaching and administrative duties on both the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes using your practical experience to inspire real estate students to see how the law will shape the sites, projects and deals that they will work on in their future careers. 

You must have the ability to ability to inspire, motivate and connect with a range of stakeholders including students and external partners.

This would be a great opportunity for an applicant with practical experience who is wishing to embark on a career in academia. New staff with no higher education teaching experience will be required to undertake a year -long teaching course delivered at the university.
