The Intelligent Polymer Research Institute (IPRI) is the lead node in ARC Centre of Excellence for Electromaterials Science (ACES), housed in the Australian Institute for Innovative Materials (AIIM) at the University of Wollongong’s Innovation Campus.

The focus of this position is the on the development of hydrogels for application in ACES projects in soft robotics, synthetic energy systems and synthetic biosystems. This research position will involve the development of 'ink' formulations and 3D printing protocols for hydrogels.
