Research Assistant position in the area of "Characterization and functionality of proteins”. The candidate will have to work independently in a laboratory conditions and is expected to have good manuscript writing skills.
Applicant must possess a Master’s Degree in Food Science or biochemistry or related discipline.
Master’s Degree in Food or related Sciences with experience in protein chemistry.
The applicant should have a strong research background in protein extraction and characterization using advance tools. The candidate should have published at least 2 research papers in international journals with impact factor.
