The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the People & Organisational Development service to the University.  You will lead on managing and maintaining data across a range of operational and strategic activities and projects. Working in partnership with members of the People & OD team and wider university, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and providing a range of reports to ensure that accurate management information is available to support decision making and ensure the effective measurement of the impact of service delivery.

You will be qualified to Bachelor Degree with Honours level in a relevant subject area, have advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract and interpret data plus previous experience of using database systems. Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills are essential along with attention to detail and accuracy. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
