Research Assistant / Associate position in a funded project on “Nutraceutical potential of camel milk bioactive peptides”. The candidate will have to work independently in a laboratory conditions and is expected to have good manuscript writing skills.
Applicant must have an earned a Master’s Degree in Food Science or related discipline.
Master’s Degree in Food Science with thesis on "Bioactive peptides: characterization, functional and nutraceutical properties". A candidate well experienced in extracting, characterizing and exploring nutraceutical properties of bioactives will be preferred.
The applicant should have a strong research background in bioactive and nutraceutical properties. The candidate should have published at least 3 research papers in international journals.
