The Role and Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strong administrative support to the Director, RMIT Activator, establishing and implementing administrative systems to ensure the efficient operations of the office.

Skills and experience required

The ideal candidate will bring to the role relevant experience in a large complex environment providing high-level secretarial and administrative support covering: diary management, correspondence management and drafting, document control and liaison with senior officers. Your influencing and relationship building skills along with your ability to work with limited direction and with a range of senior stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.
