About the job

As the Quality Assurance (QA), Accreditation & Academic Support Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of curriculum and accreditation, and quality assurance activities for transnational education programs at Swinburne. You will provide faculties and education partners with effective support to ensure that programs are delivered to Swinburne and National standards. With your attention to detail and strong customer focus, you will play a key role in supporting academic quality, reporting and review and also supporting the progress of transnational education programs through both internal and external course accreditation and management processes. 

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Relevant degree and experience in an international education or educational quality assurance role; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Experience in working with and contributing to strategic and operational business plans and policy
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • High-level interpersonal skills
