Sales Manager, Agganis Arena Administration
Directly responsible for the sales, service, accounting, billing/collections, reporting, client relationship building and contract fulfillment of all premium seat, suite, season ticket and sponsorship programs for Agganis Arena. Provide front-line customer service to premium seat, suite and sponsors in support of the Arena revenue plan by developing and executing all sales-related initiatives. Hire, train, and daily supervise two full time account executives. This position is eligible for sales commissions.
B.A. /B.S. in Sales/Marketing or related field, MBA preferred, knowledge of Salesforce, Fastbook and Ticketmaster Archtics software a plus and seven to ten years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Must be able to work night and weekend events.
