Project Manager II, IS&T Project Management
The Project Manager (PM 2) is responsible for managing the execution of Information Security and Infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle. These projects may have impact across multiple schools and colleges, and multiple functions across the university. The Project Manager manages the project team and is accountable for delivering to committed scope, on-time and within budget. The Project Manager reports on the status of projects to the project sponsor/steering committee, manages risks and issues, and ensures good communication within the team and with client stakeholders.
B.A./B.S. required; The ideal candidate will be excited to join an energetic team focused on delivering high quality projects in partnership with our Information Security and Infrastructure departments within IS&T. IT Project Management experience and demonstrated understanding of full SDLC required. Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing vendors strongly desired. Candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills. Five to eight years of related experience desired. Salary is competitive.
