Lead Business Analyst
Analyze business requirements and implement technical support solutions for Enrollment and Student Affairs departments, primarily the Office of Financial Assistance. Develop ad hoc programs using either central database or data warehouse. Analyze and document annual business changes based on federal, state, institutional and enrollment objectives. Communicate requirements to vendor or in-house programming staff. Interface with client departments and project team members. Develop test plans and perform quality assurance testing.
B.A./B.S., strong problem solving, verbal/written communication skills, meeting skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, business analysis,Natural programming, an understanding of JCL, HTML, Microsoft Office products and familiarity with data analysis tools, and one to three years of programming or higher education experience.
