Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Hong Kong Basic Law (2 posts) in the Department of Law, to commence as soon as possible for a period of 2 years.
Post-doctoral Fellow (PDF) posts are created specifically to bring new impetus and vigour to the University's research enterprise. Positions are available from time to time to meet strategic research needs. These positions of Post-doctoral Fellow in Hong Kong Basic Law have been created to promote research and scholarship (in both English and Chinese) on the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the PRC and on related areas of Hong Kong and Chinese constitutional law and public law. The holders of these PDF positions are expected to devote their time mainly to research. Applicants should be doctoral degree holders who have undertaken research on the Hong Kong Basic Law or related areas of Hong Kong or Chinese constitutional law or public law. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
