Administrative Coordinator, Research Operations, Systems & Analytics
The Administrative Coordinator supports the core operational functions of the Office of Sponsored Programs: proposal and award processing. This is a customer service role. Responsibilities include logging and tracking proposals throughout the submission process, intake and triage of awards and award actions, award closeout, data entry and paper/electronic file maintenance. The Administrative Coordinator is also responsible for reception responsibilities, answering main line phones and distributing mail for OSP and PAFO. Coordinator may also oversee student employees as they assist with these tasks and may be asked to support other administrative needs of the department.
1-3 years of experience in a professional setting, B.A./B.S. preferred, strong customer service and communication skills. This position is non-represented.
