The School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences is at the forefront of higher education in a number of areas and is looking for a highly professional, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Inorganic Analytical/Forensic Chemistry.
You will have a PhD in Inorganic Analytical Chemistry and proven related research experience as well as a recent track record of publications. You will have relevant teaching experience and you will be expected to teach Analytical Chemistry on a range of UG and PG programmes including the Chemistry, Forensic Science and Pharmaceutical Science programmes. Experience in inorganic trace evidence analysis would advantageous.
You will complement existing research/teaching activities in the above areas and contribute to the ongoing development of new and existing UG and PG programmes in relevant areas, especially inorganic analysis.
You will be expected to develop your own research in relevant areas within Analytical and Forensic Chemistry, in conjunction with other members of the school, utilising the newly refurbished Chemistry Laboratory facilities as well as the newly built Life Science Building.
