The Administrative Officer is a member of the Business School’s executive team reporting directly to the School Manager.
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing high level support to the Deputy Head of School and School Manager to ensure efficient and effective operations that are compliant with faculty and university wide requirements.
The successful applicant will have highly developed administrative skills along with demonstrated experience in supporting senior management within a large organisation, demonstrated ability to develop initiatives and strategies to achieve the specific objectives of this role with experience in planning and organisational skills and analytical skills, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and demonstrated capacity to interpret and implement policy and procedures to ensure compliance.
This is a full time, fixed-term appointment at HEW level 5 until 18 May 2018, with the potential to be extended. The remuneration package will be in the range of $64,597 - $72,348 per annum, plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range of $75,579 - $84,648 per annum).
