About the job
UniSA International leads the University’s international recruitment and engagement strategies, and drives pioneering, holistic and dynamic strategies and innovations that forge and impact the University’s presence, reputation and revenue growth within an evolving and competitively crowded international space.
In this key operational role, you will act as an international ambassador for the Division of Health Sciences. You will contribute to the delivery of recruitment activities and implementation of strategy designed to meet targets and growth, which are aligned to the University’s Global Engagement Framework.
Reporting directly to the Manager: International Business Development, you will coordinate and implement innovative recruitment plans to achieve student recruitment objectives.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will have the appropriate tertiary qualification(s) in business, marketing or a related discipline. You will have experience of the international student recruitment industry and proven success in developing and executing international student recruitment activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of contemporary marketing principles which are evident through an ability to identify opportunities for/in new markets, successfully execute marketing plans, and achieve increased revenue/market share.
Your high-quality relationship building, communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills will help you work better with internal and external stakeholders right from the start. And lastly, proficiency in a language other than English would be an added advantage for you.
