The Technical Services team provides technical support across the breadth of the College of Science, Engineering and Health to the four Schools and centralised facilities. The team has approximately 150 staff supporting and managing several hundred laboratories and support spaces.

The Role

The administrative officer supports the administrative operations of the Technical Services team, AMP, MNRF and RMMF facilities.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have highly developed verbal and written communication skills with proven ability in office administration and the interpersonal skill to effectively service and maintain key relationships with stakeholders. A demonstrated ability to work with confidential and sensitive matters along with the capability to take initiatives, utilise judgements and make decisions will be essential to your success in the role.
